MEET LAUREN

PHOTOGRAPHER

I have had a passion for photography from a young age. In high school, I took every photography class offered, and participated in the photo club. I continued to take classes in college and beyond. I have always found it enjoyable to photograph people – especially in street photography. There was something about capturing people candidly during every day life that was intriguing to me. To this day, my portraits still have a strong focus on capturing the candid, real moments of life.

DESIGNER

From the 8th grade through high school, I spent my spare time and summers self-teaching myself programs like Photoshop and SiteGrinder, as well as learning how to write HTML. As high school drew to a close, it became obvious to me that I should pursue a degree in graphic design. In 2010, I graduated with my BFA from the Art Institute of Illinois in Schaumburg. I am currently working as a graphic designer, web designer and photographer for a 2 billion dollar corporation.
